Ready for some lift action? This full day program is designed for those new to gravity cycling but with prior cycling experience. Participants receive an overview of basic bike components and their functions, bike set up tips, instruction on proper bike and body positioning as well as training techniques essential for downhill mountain biking. This camp will focus on skills such as selective braking, intermediate cornering, pumping, lifting up and over smoothly, and navigating rocky descents safely.

1:00-4:00 Review of core skills and introduction of more advanced techniques
